depend on what question you have,
if your question is whether they had sent you an interview notice or not,
then I am sure they can answer that.
if your question is about a decision after interview, then most likely they can not answer what is the decision unless they had the decision letter on their hand and ready to give to you,
but if the decision letter is not ready
or if the decision letter had been MAILED by USPS,
then they can not give you the answer.
