An emergent question about finger print

Hello, everyone:

I got my second finger print notice last week and my scheduled time is 6/11. However, I am in business trip and staying outside of the states. For some reason I just can't get back to US. My question is if I can reschedule my appointment? Is there anybody did that before and is there any risk for doing that?

Yes, you can reschedule the appointment. There is an option for rescheduling on your notice.
 
Request a reschedule with a convienient date for you. (Or if you are here you can try early fp)

I did for my wife as need to go to indiafor emergency.
 
Try for early FP

I did my early FP today at Boston , Mine is schdeduled for July, me and my spouse went today I got the FP done initially they said we cannot do it early but we had a valid reason as we are expecting our child around the scheduled date when we explained the same they gladly accepted it

I-485 Sept 2002
AP2 - RD Feb'04 AD - May'04
EAD3 - RD May'04
FP2 - July'04 - early FP done, Today, June '04

I think that the person is already outside the US and will not be coming back, so early FP is not an option. To echo the moderator, you can reschedule, however, I am not sure if it can be anytime you wish, it probably depends on how busy the ASC is...
