Ok it ain't me (wish it was), but I ran the scanner (Details in Wac-02-046 thread),

http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=415352#post415352

and one guy, (LUCKY CHAP) got approved. His status changed from resumed (4/15/02) to approved (1/15/03).

Well we have ONE approval so the freeze is over (I guess), lets hope the pace of approvals keeps up (please god).

Lat3r :)

:D :D :D :D :D :D

PS: I ain't postin' his exact WAC for privacy reasons.

Could you please run the scanner for WAC-02-099-5*.
Thanks

Codex, you can do that yourself. Just pick the attachment from wac-02-046 thread. But really I can tell you without running that you won't like the results too much. .. I mean .. there'd be hardly any approvals. The one or two you might see would be age out cases. For 02-099, I'd say sit back and relax. (Sorry).

Approval

Status changed from resumed (4/15/02) to approved (1/15/03).

I wish most people with Resumed status will change to approved
without getting RFE.

Sorry to be a damp squib but again, the sound of thunder, DOES NOT hearld the monsoon.

I want to see atleast a fair quantity of approvals before assuming the lifting of the freeze!

Deeps is that you? I was wondering last night that it might be you.

Abey 140, little strokes fell great oaks. I wish we see a flood of approvals, but I'll take one over none.

Ghost yaar, I shouldn't .. hope u understand. But it's genuine, trust me.

As a matter of fact, I see vermont's speed is about 1/5th of what it used to be. So it is only natural to expect CA's speed to be 1/5th. Which means, instead of an approval a day, we have an approval a week going on. I hope it picks up :(

SillyMan,

little strokes fell great oaks

I normally would agree with you on that, except where INS is concerned. To mangle your analogy, I would say, the little strokes are so far apart in time, that the greak oak has time to take a nap, wake up, grow some more bark where the stroke fell, pad it with some more bark, go back to sleep, and after waking up expect to see another little stroke!

Damn INS, I refuse to be happy over one approval a week, when there are hundreds of new AOS applications being filed every day! They need to get their acts together and start approving NOW!

yea I agree. WTF about the party tonight man. Anyway, there's another thingie on Saturday, I'll drive if u wanna go. Sounds like hella fun to me (Thats more my type ;) ).

Partyyyyyyyyy!

SillyMan,

Where is this party at and what is it about? Mail me some details. I should be free this weekend. Maybe we can go out to the driving range and hit a few? Interested?

Followed by a day of no activity. Well tommorow's Friday. At one approval a week, it'd take INS 3 years to clear one days work. This is so weak, I don't even feel like laughing.
