Hi All,

My wife is currently working as an AML analyst (Anti-Money Laundering). She has a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Master of Science in Actuarial.
What would be the most relevant category for TN visa? Her Job title varies between Compliance/Aml Analyst.
As per my review it seem like Mathematics seems to be the most relevant category.
Please note her current job roles and responsibilities do not have active implementation of her Bachelors or Master study principle. Will that effect her TN visa application?

The only two she can qualify for is Mathematician or -- if she has a license - Actuary.
She would be in a better position to know if the job she would be looking at would fall under thise two categories.

What she is working in now has absolutely no bearing on whether she qualifies for TN -- only her education can be used.
