Amended I-140 concurrent with I-485

I think I might be the only one with this unique filing under July Visa Bulletin.
Is there anyone else happen to be in the same boat?

I would like to know from people their experience about the same.

Also, are there predictions for Premium Processing for I-140? And is it applicable for amended i-140 application?

i sincerely doubt if I-140 PP processing will ever come back now given the loads of filings that USCIS will witness in the next month.

my lawyer mentioned that "usually"amended I-140 filings do not take longer than 2 weeks to get approved. just out of curiosity why are you filing an amended I-140?

My company where my I-140 got approved, was acquired by a bigger company.
So thats the reason why it is so.
I wonder if that two weeks time is correct, as USCIS has so much back log for sending the receipt itself.
