amended 140 was approved and 485 transferred to new ark. does anyone know how long it\'ll take to get call for interview?
got response from ins hq and was told they are working on ac21, it\'ll be due in 4 months.

my proactive 140 redo was filed in january and got approved in may. I thought 485 should get approved when 140 redo is cleared. but it ends up to be transferred to local. it\'ll take another 500 days to get approval. does any one know how long to wait for the interview call?

  What was the status of the I-485 in the VSC? Is it on on hold or under review? I am trying to understand what is going
on with mine. Last 4 or 5 months, INS keep on saying that mine is under review.

"under view" is just excution they use to hold your case, pending or on hold. find out if your case is with some adjudicator.

some one got back to me regarding my ax sent to ins a month ago. he left message that says it\'ll take 4 months to release the guidelines. so folks, call and send ax to ins q. you can find number from the old post.

does anyone know how long to wait to get interview appointment?
