Amazing USCIS

Any ways doesnt the I140 needs to be clared, as he/she has filed for it along with 485, what has Labor PD has to do with it, 140/485 rd is june 2007 along with first EAD / AP, the whole 9 yards.

Anyways It gives me hope too.. as my rd is Jun 07 too.
Read my above post again. I said I-140 could already have been approved, it just doesn't get updated online. Other thing is he could have filed PP, which was allowed during that time. Looking at his PD, and Sept VB, it makes lot of sense for them to approve his I-485. There is not whole 9 yards, its a clear cut case. We have seen approvals for the members whose RD is towards the late of June. Search trackitt, you will find few in there as well.

1. The apparent I-485 approval is only an email/online status. No card has been sent yet. They might send out an email in error, but they will double and triple-check before they send an actual card (the card itself may have an error with name/DOB/address, but is very rare that they would send a card to somebody who is not supposed to get one at all yet).

2. The I-140 approval notice goes to the employer, not the employee. Online status is not consistently updated, so the employer could have the I-140 approval notice already or it is on its way and the poster doesn't know it.
