It appears that for the 02 approvals, those who had 2nd FP notices in January are now getting approved.

And a significant number of those are with no RFE's
 
You are right, but the problem is that the 02 approvals are just not flowing like 03/04 approvals. We need to see more action on 02/03 non concurrent before this trend can be judged as good for us.

I did 2nd FP on 9th of January

I did 2nd FP on 9th of January and i'm still waiting for approval too. My online status does not even show that FP has been received yet even though I spoke to someone on the FBI number and they said that they had sent the results back on the same day.

2nd FP approved Jan 8th
3rd EAD pending approval after RFE
485 - WISH IT GETS APPROVED THIS COMING WEEKAAT LEASTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
