Why not everybody cool down here, you know franticsky, I had been in different forum for 8 years and this one for 2 years or so, and I have been seeing Praetorian everywhere here helping everyone with really any specific question, he was a great help for a lot of people and I hardly can remember he made a mistake with anyone.
I suggest that he can get a certification in Immigration Law and start a new career.
I know you are pissed off from your situation, you just need to cool down and we wish you luck in your next interview, if you are truthful with your marriage here in the US and you have your EAD and AP you should not be worried a bit about anything.
Immigration is to protect us and help us if we have a case, not to put us down! Having said that there are unique specifications.
