Really , and how do u help people , by giving advice coming from an unqualified person , well , I havent seen photographers practice law or atleast be qualified enough to give legal advice , photography and legal advice dont go hand in hand

Why not everybody cool down here, you know franticsky, I had been in different forum for 8 years and this one for 2 years or so, and I have been seeing Praetorian everywhere here helping everyone with really any specific question, he was a great help for a lot of people and I hardly can remember he made a mistake with anyone.
I suggest that he can get a certification in Immigration Law and start a new career. 
I know you are pissed off from your situation, you just need to cool down and we wish you luck in your next interview, if you are truthful with your marriage here in the US and you have your EAD and AP you should not be worried a bit about anything.
Immigration is to protect us and help us if we have a case, not to put us down! Having said that there are unique specifications.

I give advice based on my experience and my previous knowledge of this USCIS process, just like everyone else does... But I give more advice, than the two of you clowns put together...

really Praetorian didnt know of any photographer practicing law though and no one really needs your stupid advice because your advice has no meaning and no value just because you did not have any issue does not mean that anyone else would not have an issue

I have had the same thoughts in the past about this clown, the way he jumps up at the slightest change in his breathing pattern...he's one fkkd up person, leave him alone, pianoman. Dogs with rabies need to be avoided..not tamed.

I wonder what trauma affected you as a child? that you need to "attempt" to bully people around here... (easier online than in person huh? )

What exactly was it that made you think that "my salary is bigger than yours, my car is bigger than yours, my reproductive organ is bigger than yours, etc" is the best thing to base your life in?

The truth is you can keep your "supposedly" 120K job and all of your toys. For I am not here to play as I used in 1st grade, I would rather have "half a brain" (which is more than you seem to have) than "just make money".

Money does not buy happiness or friends or respect and I doubt that you with your offensive attitude will ever get any REAL happiness, friends or respect.

So, word of advice, from my "unqualified" self... stop "cyber-bullying" because one day it will get you in trouble and unless you are ready to backup your words with actions (and fists)?

I don't understand. All of you are pretty tense because of your situations. Please calm down and take your energy to more constructive things. I am not taking sides here.

Whoever has the second interview, just go to it and be sincere. You are (I guess) in a legitimate relationship. Maybe due to stress, you did not feel comfortable enough the first time around and the officer took that as a fake relationship. Or maybe even it is that the officer was mean and /or in a bad day.

I really hope things go well for you.

As for Praetorian, I don't want to take his defense or anything, I haven't been here long enough.

Nevertheless I must say I read a few of his posts on other threads, and they seemed to help. No one here (or nearly no one) is a lawyer, but people give their experiences. There is no need for doubting anybodies PERSONAL experiences which isn't legal advice, but experience.

On another note, although he seemed to doubt the mentioning of the STORIES with AP, technically all he did was ask for those stories. HE did not even say he didn't beleive you, even though we all understood that that's what he meant.

To be honest, on another forum, one day I heard a guy mention the same thing about his fear of travelling even with AP because he was on H1B status or something.

Anyway please calm down, this is not a video game forum with teenagers. If we do this, what should kids be doing.

Note: I am only 31 years old and do not want to give advice to people especially if they are older than I, but we are going through some stressful times (some more than others) so let's all calm down and have respect for each other and answer questions from people if we have seen this or experienced this.
