Am I stuck in name check.

I had my FP on 7/6 and have not heard any thing from Nebraska yet. The online status also has not changed. Does that mean that I might be stuck in the name check.

I had my FP done on the same date in California, and also haven't got anything. I don't know if it's due to a name check procedure, summer vacation season or whatever, but a lot of folks who sent papers around mid june/ early july are still wating for their interview letters. What I want to say is that you are not alone. I hope it's not a name check problem... 1,5 months is a normal waiting period, but we shall see...

A no delay Name check normally takes 90 days according to infopass so within 90 days of FP I would think you are not stuck in name check.
