Am I still eligible to file I-485?

Hi,
My mother got her green card a few years ago and filed I-130 for me (unmarried child over 21). I just got a notice saying the petition was approved, but since that time, I have gotten married (to a person with no green card, no US citizenship).

Can I still file the I-485? Am I still eligible? If I am, what is the next step to get my husband a green card?

Thanks a million!

No, you are not eligible to file for GC if you get married. The best thing to do is to get your mother a US citizenship and then file for both yourself and your husband.
