Am I qualify for EB1-OR

I have master degree in Computer Science.

I have four years of research experience working at reputed international research institutes (Germany + USA).

I have five publications at very reputed peered journals and conferences.

I have couple of citations.

I have patent on the project on which I am currently working.

I have four years of experience industrial experience.

Am I qualify?

My first thought - you will have difficulty qualifying. Have you looked at the nine different criteria that an EB1 applicant has to qualify for (at least three)? If I were you, I would look at each of them and evaluate your chances objectively.

Have you considered EB2? And are you self-petitioning?
