Am I qualified for EB1-A?

hi, I am very glad to find this forum. Many seem to be very helpful. Would you please help me to take a look at my qualification:

Ph.D in Chemistry from US university
Post-doc in National institution, anti cancer drug related research
15 publications (14 published or accepted for publication, 1 submitted)
8 out of 15 are first author-paper, most papers are published in so so journals with impact factor 3-5, one paper published in good journal.
over 80 citations
11 times journal reviews for 5 different journals (8 times direct invitation from journals, 3 times reviewed on behalf of my boss)
reviewed abstracts for a conference
8 times conference presentations and abstracts
SigmaXi membership
couple minor rewards like fellow reward (can't really count)
Not sure if can get big name references.

By the way, how do people claim the leading position, critical role? how to prove? Thanks tons!!
 
with a good attorney it is doable.
do not worry about the impact factor of journals.
you need to get some good references. that is crucial for the success.
award and sigma xi does not count.
give more emphasis for the first author paper and citation.
it all depends on the language how the attorney writes.

if u r still in univ. EB1-OR is a definite chance. r u on H1?
if u r in a postdoc position it is very difficult. if possible try to change that to research scientist/associate.
EB1-EA may b a little tough one in your case. that depends mainly on the reference letters.
can u get a permanent employment letter from your employer?
 
Could give it a try. But you need to write up a very good petition letter and some very strong independent references. Not only you need the big names for your references, also (and maybe more important) you need them to write excellent letters to appraise and attest your significant contributions and the impact of your work. Agree with NIW_help, the letters are crucial.
The number of the citation, the number of your papers, the number of your presentation, don't mean much without further and detailed comments from your references.
A good attorney may know the language to wrap up your materials, or you can DIY after some study on the previous threads in this forum.
In a sense eb1or is easier than eb1a if you can get the permanent employment letter from your employer.
