Can I take a semester off of the school I\'ve attending to while I am on F-1 Visa?? Do I need to re-apply another new F-1 Visa to come back to the same school after I take a semester off? Will my action considered over stay if I take a semester off??
I got a F1 status when my wife changed her status from B1 to F1. My question is that F1 status I have got is available or not? And I\'m studying at an University but my I20 was not issued by INS. Can anybody let me know that I\'m now a F1 holder or F2 holder? Thank you for your help.
