Am I Out of Status?

Hi,
My OPT got denied for some reasons, I have filed a motion to reopen the case. The case is still pending, and I have already graduated. Please let me know whether I am in valid status.

OPT is a privelege and not a right. Therefore it does not provide you motion to reopen. If it has already been 60 days since your graduation, you are out of status. There are serious consequencies if you over stayed for 180 days or more. Hurry!
