Am I only one with I-140 ND Jun'03 not yet cleared ?
How long it takes to clear I-140 Rfe ?

Drop your worries sanju. Hail USCIS!, as mine is pending since Feb 2003. There are people from Oct 2002 who are waiting.

65% of I140 cases cleared mostly in july last week and Aug first week.
There is a chunk of cases in a row of series which were not touched at all...

I too am waiting for my approval filed in Jan (26).

hey dynobuoy,

did you try to do something about it, like contacting a senator or the ombudsman's office? that must really suck .. feb 03!!!
 
Well, yes!
We (Lawyer and I) started the first referral on April 16 2004. Waited for 100 days with no response. Contacted the Congressman for my district (They were very good... got response in 2 days from the office. The response was 'Case awaiting background check... wait till further updates). On the 100th day we started the 2nd referral. Its been 3 weeks since then and no change yet. Initially they said we could talk to an officer after the 2nd referral, but now they say we can talk to an officer only after the 3rd referral. So if we don't hear anything back in 2 weeks we are planning on a 3rd referral.
