Am I only one stuck in Namecheck for so long?

Is there anyone else who is still stuck in namecheck for over 3 years now??

Any suggestions on what to do. This is what I have tried:
1. Letter to Mr. Hardy and Mr. Hooton by Fedex-no response
2. Numerous emails to FBI--no response.
3. Approached congressman--besides telling me that I am stuck in namecheck, they have been not able to help.
4. Approached Senator: same as congressman.
5. Letter to first lady several months ago--did not even hear back.
6. Another letter to first lady few weeks ago. So far no response.

Even though my date has been current, there is no LUD change for over 8 months.

I am at my wits end as to what to do! Any help or direction will be greatly appreciated!!!!
 
Did you write to the USCIS ombudsman? If not do so immediately.
Search for USCIS ombudsman in google and you will get details on how to contact. NO guarantees but since that is the only step you have not taken.
