Am I on H1-B?

yea sounds silly But here is the deal:

I was working for my company on H1B and they filed for an EAD. The EAD had an error and a lawyer refiled it to correct the error. I am still working for the same company that has an approved 797 (and who also filed a Labor/I140 etc.)

Now that i got an EAD and filed for an EAD correction, do i automatically lose my H1 status?

Not unless you use that EAD to work for someone other than your H1 sponsor.
