am i in trouble?.interview date aug24

hey guys
my first interview is on aug 24 th .we are married for one & half years it doesn't look like she is gonna come .I have my work permit till oct 28th i am in dallas & she left 4 months back for california .there is nothing like even a slight argument but she doesnt care any more about me i guess.we are still married though what are the consequences if she doesnt come to the interview.my application will be denied. can i reapply in about 6 months with my wife may be if she changes her mind .if i dont go to the interview will the application be just denied or an deportation notice will be sent ?to add to this complication this is my second marriage in us first time i did not even apply for immigration it is divorced .I have a good lawyer but dont know what is gonna happen.any advices.I was on student visa & got out of status .

Assuming your marriage is a bona-fide one and you are having temporary marital problems, why don't you try and make amends with your wife and see if you can work things out.

You say she left 4 months ago, have you tried visiting her to work things out or you don't know where she is?

If you cannot do so in time for the interview and all you need is time, then you should reschedule the interview to a later date while you try to get things right again.

Your wife not showing up at your interview is not a good thing and you may have your petition denied.

Your petition will be denied if attend the interview without your wife, there is no doubt in it. However you can call CIS and reschedule your interview and workout things with your wife.
