My visa will be expiring on 25th May and an extension has already been applied. I have my CP interview in June and planning to leave some time in second week of June. Will it be ok? I mean to say that if I stay beyond 25th May then my staus will be valid or not?
Can anyone pls answer?

what abt yr I94? Will it be valid until U leave US?

Visa is entry permit. I94 is stay permit.

Irrespective of yr visa expiry. If your I94 at POE or I94 attached with I771 is valid until you leave US, then you are in-status.

I-94 will be expired on 25th may too

I-94 validity is same as visa but they have applied for an extension.
Got the receipt but not the approval. So is it safe to stay after 25th may if I do not get the approval? ekgcchahiye pls answer.

my visa had expired but I94 was valid when I left for India

I was asked for prof of validitiy of stay and I provided all I771 (H1B approval certs). They checked the dates and then said ok to me.

I fear, Mr. Ghosh, you would be out of status if your approval is not granted before 25th. Consult lawyer immidiately.
