Is it a problem?
Hi! I have one situation which i would like to discuss:
I am a student doing MBA in Finance. I joined this program in Fall 2001. After completing 2 semesters, I was facing severe problems with my grades which caused me under Probation till i get my GPA back to 3.0. My advisors advised me to take less credits for improving my grades. For some reasons, even after completing 24 credits under probation, I was not able to come out of Probation.
In Spring 2004, I was not allowed to register for any course,, but i was told that i can apply in next semester for re-entry. My questions is: If i dont take any courses this semester, and again become full-time student in Fall 2004 for completion of my graduation, will i be able to apply for H-1?
Recently i applied for H-1 and because of the cap, my application was returned back. Till the moment i submitted my documents i was In-the-Status, but now since i will be sitting out from school for 6 months, will it affect my application?
Please advise.
Thanks.
