Am I eligible?

I am looking forward to DV2007.
But I can't clearly understand the eligibility from the instruction.
I am a citizen of ineligibe country.
However, my father was born in an eligible country but a citizen of my country now. Am I eligible to register?

I have been waiting my LC from PBEC for 3 yrs.
I want to open an option if I can have this chance.
 
If you are not a minor, your country of birth makes you eligible or not (not country of citizenship). Only when you are minor, you can take advantage of the nativity of your parents, if they apply to DV.
 
you can take advantage of your parents' birthplace even if you are over 21, if you were BORN in ineligible country. Country of citizenship is irrelevant for DV lottery.
