You can apply on or after June 3, 2011 using the "4 years + 1 day" rule. Make sure to indicate "other" on the first page of the N-400 as the basis of your application, and write the 4 years + 1 day rule in the space provided.

Jack is right, but your dates don't make sense. You traveled on 12/12/06 and returned after 358 days which was 6/2/2007. Even if I switch the date format MM/DD or DD/MM, it does not add up.
Please do not use "uppercase only" writing when responding.

thank you for responding...

Im sorry what i mean for that is 6/12/06... for the 12/12/06..

@jackolantern... thank you very much, Im jst gonna check on the 4year 1day rule.

@jackolantern.. Do i need to put a check also on that ive been a PR for 5 years? is says there to check one box only? or just check the other box and put 4 year and 1 day rule?

Check "other" only and write the 4 years + 1 day rule. To be more specific you can write this to reference the regulation:

[x] Other: 4 years + 1 day rule, 8 CFR 316.5(c)(1)(ii)

my last long trip was 10 days short to be considered 1 year, can i apply the 4yr1day rule here? on the article its says for the trip 1 year or more? i jst want to make sure if i understand what I've red.. Im confused sorry... i really do appreciate your help...

Title 8 CFR, Section 316.5's parapgraph (c) applies to your trip.

The "remedy" described in (c)(1)(ii) applies to the breaks described in (i) and (ii). The regulation is written such that the remendy applies to the entire "paragraph", as applicable, and the CFR structure designates the uppermost level as the "paragraph" which in this case is (c).

Paragraph structure of a CFR section.
level 1 (a), (b), (c), etc.
level 2 (1), (2), (3), etc.
level 3 (i), (ii), (iii), etc.
level 4 (A), (B), (C), etc.
level 5 (1), (2), (3), etc.
level 6 (i), (ii), (iii), etc.
