Am I Eligible for Naturalization?

I hope the 4year and 1 day rule applies on my situation. I'll just put the timetable just like on the N400 Application so it will be easier to understand.

I did apply for 2 Re-Entry permit. So if you will really look at it. I should start counting from 2008 but I'm not sure if I already eligible now or should I wait until 09/27/2013 to be eligible.

By the way my GC will expire on Jun/2013.

You can apply now with the 4 years and 1 day rule.

Actually I already submitted my form last March 5. I hope they will consider it to on the interview.
