hi. i was file under i130 along with my mom on April 2001 . we received a letter on FEB,24 2004 that said that our petition had been approved, but we didn't hear anything else from the visa center until september 2007 that my mom call to check on the status of our case. thats when we realized that they had sent form i864 and ds230 on july 18 2007 and that they had given us a case number, so now we are applying for i485 my question is if i'm still covered under the CSPA because i turned 21 on feb of this year (2007).
