Altered Documents for Gainful Employment

I'm concerned about someone who is here in the US on a student visa and had altered documents using a relatives name to work full time. Are these serious implications? or is it something minor that will most likely be over looked.

This is a very serious offense that will most likely cause significant problems in his/her future immigration applications. What s/he is doing is both an immigration violation as well as fraud. S/he needs to stop doing that and consult with a good attorney.

You have been posting the same question over and over again. Seems like you do not like the answers posted and you keep posting until you hear what you want to hear.
