Hello madu12,

I heard people having problems with the photo validator on Internet Explorer 8. Try other browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.

Seemed to worked although had a problem with getting it to 600x600

I had to resize the picture to 601x601 then save then download and funnily it would save as a 600x00 jpeg image
