When I picked up my sealed medical reports, the copy of the vaccination reports was attached on the outside of the envelopes.. and it said my vaccination was incomplete but a waiver had been claimed because the vaccination was not medically or age appropriate for me. Has this happened to anyone? I am not too concerned, it seems quite legitimate, but just wanted to clarify. Thanks in advance.

This is same for everyone. There are certain shots which can be given only during childhood. This note was there in my report also. They gave me only MMR. MMR was mentioned in my report.
