My company applied for my H1B visa under the regular H1B quota. It reached on time and is in the lottery now.
I just finished all my Masters requirements and now have the letter from university stating that i am done with my Masters. As you must know the Masters quota is open now and 7000 numbers left in quota.
I was wondering if i can apply again under the H1B Master visa quota now. Will it be illegal or its fine that i have my applications in both?
Please suggest if there is anything to lose if i apply for the Masters quota now.
