Alphabetical Order Rumor

Hey Guys,
As I am a truly skeptical "I-485 2002 Club Member " :( and I tend to do my own homework and research before letting my emotional/panic side take over, I thought I'd check with the forum to see if anybody else has heard about this rumor:

Given the random I-485 approval patterns ranging from late 2001 to even early 2003 cases, a couple of Rupnet members posted messages stating that the USCIS is now approving in Alphabetical rather than Cronological order. I would find this hard to believe. However, accounting for how we've come to realize that this crazy organization works, anything inside it is possible.

Any truth to this rumor?

FP2 05/18/04
AD

May be _reverse_ aphabetical order?

Well,
my last name starts with "A" - and no any activity - no 2nd FP even as 1-st expired last January, no RFE - nothing. May be they do in reverse alhabetical order? Or may be they just use different language alhabet to order the cases?

Put this to rest

I have two friends whose last name starts with "B" and "Z" who got approved or RFE'd.

Thanks for the responses guys. I agree it's crazy and ilogical, but the USCIS is all about that: Craziness and Ilogical. So, I just thought I'd post the rumor and get some feedback.
