But have this quick question.

Question:
I came to US when I was 25 years and 10 months and was on "H1-B VISA".
Should I answer Yes or No to the following question # 33? Is H1-B considered as "nonimmigrant" VISA?

Question 33: Are you a male who lived in US at any time between your 18th and 26th birthdays and in any status except as a "lawful nonimmigrant"?

yes, H1-B is a non-immigrant visa. and the answer to question #33 in your case is "NO".
