almost Ready to apply. A few things I am not sure about, Please advice.

Hi folks,

My wife is a USC and my status is of an expired student visa. It's been 4 years.
We Need some guidance with a few things.

* I do not intent to take vaccinations and will be filing for I601 along with I693 Has any body had success with this form and line of application? Any tips on how to go about this?

* I have not filed for my taxes for 4 years now. Does this need to be done before I apply?

* My wife's mother will be her joint sponsor. Does she need anything else besides 3 years tax returns, a letter of employment and the same form my wife has to fill, I 864?

* Has anyone here used a Kit? I have found three online that seem to be good.
Do you recommend one over the other? I need help with form support and detail. Cover letters help too.

why dont you want to have your vaccinations done , are you scared of shots or simply have a disorder , you dont have to disclose if you dont want to, but being precise here really helps.

I am of the sincere belief they wreak havoc on a human system. I can writhe in pain for days before I succumb to asprin, and I'll have to be nearly dead to allow antibiotics into my system.
This way of thought comes from years and years of being pumped with medication. Hope you understand.

I plan to write a statement that it's against my religion/belief with the help of some good people from http://www.vaclib.org/links/religion.htm

Still interested in learning if anyone has had success here with this.
