Almost completing 60 to 90 Days for EAD

Dear Friend and Guru\'s On Board,

Applied for 485 on 10/30/01, Still no EAD Card approval. Please note my details below.

EB3, INDIA @VSC.
PD: 06/14/1999
AD: 10/30/01
RD: 10/31/01
ND: 12/04/01

Question:
1] I shall be completing my 60-90 days period for EAD regulations and haven\'t even heard any approval on Automated VM @VSC. Friends, How should I get my EAD Card after 90 days period. Please note I have my copy of 485 and EAD reciept which was mailed by Lawyer for me and my wife. Any Quick response is higly appreciated. Or please email me at rksoft@hotmail.com.

I am not sure whether the 60-90 days is from RD/ND? I am going to wait as I am not supposed to call IIO. Company Policy. Its frustrating but i will wait.
 
Applied for 485 in Mid Nov, Have\'nt recieved the Reciept yet...

So you are in a better position than I m .... LOL
 
Mailed 485 package on Aug. 22, 01, still haven\'t got the receipt notice yet

Could anybody please give me some suggestions? My lawyer helped me file I-485 package including applications for AP and EAD in the end of August, 2001. It has been 5 months already. However, I even haven\'t got my receipt notice yet. My lawyer checked with INS in Vermont. INS said they had my file and would issue me a priority date within 10 days. But this was already 20 days ago. I still don\'t hear anything from INS. Could anybody help me please? What else can I do now? Many thanks.
