This was what I got after writing on a local Dutch and Belgium forum...they banned me for life...:D

All I wrote and people can check it...is the same as on this forum...what to think about before entering the 2011 DV lottery!

The only difference is that website has sponsored items and is amking money of their posters...and doesn't want to truth to be told about costs after winning, how life is in the USA, etc...

Many people wrote just as over here under a nickname and some did descriped their whole family situation, but most of them didn't...I opened up a little bit, but as we all know the internet can be harmfull as well and people are often warned not to tell everything about your self on open forums or chat rooms. So I just opened up as much as needed.

Telling the truth on that partisan forum wasn't appreciated by the moderator. Even some posters were taking it up for me, thanks for all who did.

Too bad that forum doesn't like the truth, which isn't anything special just to them and specially to their own advertising pocket....

Beware don't trust them if they don't let people give the same advise as on every US forum is allowed to be written so others know about fees, etc.

Thanks to this visa forum and other forums, many people learned the way to get their GC!

I think banning you from contributing to the forum is a bit harsh, however I think you should learn (with all respect) to discuss issues from its perspective. The person who opened the forum might have opened it with the purpose of helping people and making money at the same time. You should have reported the forum to KCC. If you think they are misleading a section of the public.

I don't think they are misleading but only ant to hear pro stories and not a person who is stating about the costs.

The last thread that became an issue was from a student who wants to enter in the DV 2011 lottery and was asking if she was eligible and I responded she wasn't until she graduated from High School which she was attending right now.

I also pointed out that if you win you win the NL and than you can apply for the GC, but costs are involved, a medical, you need a ticket to get here and than g from there.
So she responded that she wouldn't enter due not being eligible and a discussion with others started stating that High School in The Netherlands won't always allow you to be eligible since not all High School educations will have a 12 year education, some have 11....but as far as I know they are all eligible since it has to be compared to the 12 yr High School. and students hwo did the 11 year might have gotten more education later + they all have had 4 yrs of English, Math, etc...on top of that has my daughter finished her High School in the USA in less than 12 years, since she graduated at the age of 15 and she was eligible when she won....it is about the graduation certificate, they don't count the years....they won't deny you if you graduated with "D's" or allow you if you graduated with GPA of 4.0....

That was for that forum too much, I guess and they wanted to know how I was in the USA on what kind of visa and I never replied since that wasn't part of the thread and nowhere in the rules is that I have to disclose all my private things, neither did other people...

Clearly travel agencies were involved in advertising, realtors who want to help people move over here to obtain E2 visa's so it is kind of business and honesty isn't apreciated by the forum moderators.

This forum and many others are great and I have learned a lot and I'm glad if I can help anybody else that needs some experience advise...since we aren't lawyers or the USCIS we never can tell any one legally what to do, just what we know from experience.

Frankly, announcing you are banned elsewhere brings no surprise. In fact, I can find other people's aversion to you understandable. You say you are banned and give your reasons. Perhaps there are other reasons (most of us do not read Dutch and cannot follow the full story) since forums and mods do not just ban for no reason. Your posts here are often rambling long-winded sentences which, frankly, often make no sense and are sometimes plainly wrong. It seems strange your "friend" is the DV winner and never seems to speak for herself, most unnatural for any DV winner. You seem to almost have an obsessive proprietary interest in posting every aspect of matters and repeating over and over again things. Some people exist only through their online persona. Just my observations.
 
You know the "funny" part is that a murderer in The Netherlands get a life sentence which is 20 years and with good behavior get's out in 13 years...this silly forum gave me a ban for life for telling people about the fees they have to pay after winning!:D:D:D...
 
Good riddance we say! No one could stand you the minute you started posting in June. Banned once before and banned now again permanently. What a laugh. If only you knew how people how been messaging each other. All people can say is GLAD you are no longer around and good luck to others who have to put up with you.
