All With I485 Nd 09/00 And Still Waiting For Approval

Hello!
       I would like to know, how many guys are out there with I485 ND 09/00 and still waiting for approval. CSC processing times show 12/14/00, but I am sure there are cases pending with ND 09/00. Please respond if you have ND 09/00 and you\'r waiting! We need to do something about this if we start seeing more CSC approvals for ND 10/00 and 11/00 and even 12/00, before our cases are adjudicated. I am really sick of this random CSC processing! It looks like a lottery now.... there seems to be no order. Guys with ND 10/00, 11/00 & 12/00, donot hope that your cases will be adjudicated soon just because the JIT shows CSC processing 12/14/00. The lucky ones will make it, while the rest will be left dreaming for months. There seems to be no logic and no order. My FP along with my wife\'s was done on 10/27/00 and the IIO confirmed that my FP was in the first system on 10/30/00 and then in the second system(final) on 12/15/00, but my case is still not approved. The AVM says the same sick message - "your I485 application was received on....." !

My I485(EB2 RIR) PD 04/1999, ND is 08/2000, and FP date is 11/2000. FP updated in INS databse on JAN 9th 2001 still waiting for approval

FP 11/2000(mine), 12/2000 (My spouse)
FPs were in the system in Feb\'2001.
The was supposedly assigned as of March 1st week. But the case mysteriously went back on shelf as of this Monday.

I don\'t know what is going.

MY ND date is SEP00, FP done on 02/01 (wfie was done before me on 10/00) received RFE in FEB/01 asking for for last 4 pay stubs and 3years W2\'s. And I am still waiting.

I am also in same boat. ND 09/13/2000, AP/EAD 11/26/00 FP done 01/16/01. Recieved in second system INS on 03/12/01.
