Please update this thread, all who got 3rd fp.. looks like all have notice dat on fp of 12/1.. was this a software bug?

2nd FP : July 12th '03
3rd FP : Dec 5th'03......Notice received from BCIS.
Will go for early FP.....thou it is scheduled on Dec 30th'03
 
2nd FP : Sep17th
3rd FP : scheduled for Dec 26th.
called INS and they do not have any info . looks like i have to go for 3rd FP eventhough its been just 3 months since my last one.
 
the 3rd FP thing is a crap, u guys need to call INS tier 2.

To tell them there is a bug. I think it happened to those whose 2nd FP are not updated. FP is a totally different automated system.
 
Got 3rd FP too

FP2 done on 10/3
FP3 received on Saturday 12/5

I called NSC regarding the new notice and was told to take the FP whatsoever if the notice does not say "Please disregard this notice if your fingerprinting was done in the last 90 days" or something like that. I checked my notice and it does not say any such thing.

Please also share what you all plan to do.

I did 2nd FP on Sep5/03. I got notice again today for Dec26th. Don't know what is happening in BCIS.

My second FP has been and still are on the online screen
as June 2003,
I also received the third FP notice last weekend.

Today I got in mail my 3rd FP notice. FP schedule date is 12/26/03.

Got one too.

I had my 1st FP May 2002, 2nd FP Oct 22, 2003 and now they want me to come for a 3rd FP on Dec 29, 2003.

I wonder whats happening :confused:

just got the RFE and the 3rd FP. This is stupid. I just did my 2nd FP on 7/30/2003

I am going to call my lawyer and ask him to handle this.

Derivative received Third FP..

My case got approved as per online and AVM. But my wife case not changed whereas received 3-rd FP on 12/06/2003. But she gave her Second FP already on Jul'03.
