All Three Year Degrees Now At Risk

Dear Sheila,
My wife have 3yr bachelors degree in Computer science and one year masters in computer science (only one year out of two year program). Never completed second year. We are from India.

I have evaluated from WES. They have evaluated my Bachelors with US bachelor equivalent with 124 credit hours. My masters first year is given 21 credit hours towards masters program in US.

Will I have any problem with I-140 in EB3 category?

Any advice in this matter is highly appreciated.

If this LC is filed based on a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience with the alternate of 3 years of college education and 3 years of related experience, you should be fine as long as you have all of the documentation to back it up. And yes, an educational evaluation should be submitted too.
