touch date from 05/04 to 05/05

my touch date changed from 05/04/04 to 05/05/04. My wife and son's date did not change - infact they are still at FP dates.

Sent renewals for AP and EAD in mid-April this year. Yesterday, received an e-mail that an RFE has been sent for my EAD and the touch date changed to 5/25.

Today, the touch date for my AP, 140, and 485 have all changed to 5/26, although none of the statuses have changed.

My guess (and hope) is that the EAD renewal triggered a look at my 140, And because it wasn't approved, it falls under the Ohata memo so they pulled my 485 to look at it and possibly adjudicate it concurrently.

Will update if I get any actual action besides the date change.
 
Touch dates for me and my wife changed today to 05/26/2004.

Our I-485 petition #s are WAC02-18******** (May 2002).

As I posted earlier, tha Chancellor of my university got a response from the office of the Associate Director of Operations of the USCIS (dated April 27, 2004) which stated that, as a courtesy, they contacted the USIC office with the juristidction over our cases and got the information that
" Receipt Numbers WAC-02-18******* cases have been pulled for review. As of this date
(April 27) a final decision has not been rendered and cases remain actively pending in the workflow process"- whatever that means in their bureacratic language.

Touch dates for me and my wife changed today to 05/26/2004 too. Dunno whats up with that. Had sent a fax inquiry to which USCIS responded that
my ND/AD was not within the JIT

I am sure this is a mass touch date update. A lot of us seem to have our touch dates changed to 05/27. Like i said in the other thread,
we had mass FP requests generated

then we had a mass touch date between 05/04-05/06

and now we see a mass touch date changed to 05/26-05/27.

What next..................................keep guessing
 
ead doc touched today again . It was touched yesterday with no email. today touch date changed to 28th and got email confirming approval of ead

I smell something good. Even with me my AP application, dates changed to 5/26 , with the primary's 485 touch date still 5/4.

And our 485s got approved today ..
