Part 8 section G 1 thru 5
my wife is applying for her citizenship . I've been divorce before so we have to put 2 on that but do i put in my ex name in questions 1-5 ?
or should i just leave it blank ?

I don't see any confusing questions there. Questions 8.G.1-8.G.5 specifically ask information about spouse's (e.g. your) prior marriage. If you had a prior marriage why would you leave those questions blank?
