Quick question,
Do we get a copy of RFE or it just goes to the attorney?

Yes, RFE goes to attory. Our attorny faxed the INS doc to us.

Received the RFE notice today from my company.
It asked for the EVL and W2s for the past 3 years.
I will be sending the papers to my company and they will have to forward it.

This notice was generated on 02/05/2004 and says that I have to reply for this RFE before April 29th 2004.

Will update if I have more news.....
