All RFE after 2nd FP

Hello All,

Lets keep this thread on top if possible to track all the RFE's that have been generated after the 2nd FP have been completed. It looks like some RFE's seem to have been randomly generated after the 2nd FP. It would be helpful for all of us to see how others line up here

RFE generated on Jan 29 after 2nd FP

RFE was generated on both mine and my wife's 485 case on Jan 29. Case number is wac-02-064*.

RFE generated for me and my wife on 29th Jan.
2nd FP done on 01/09/04
2nd FP received by BCIS 01/17/04.

I called BCIS last evening and enquired about 2nd FP results as I also got another FP notification after I finished the first. I was able to talk to IIO and she informed me that they received FP results. Then she immediately generated RFE for me and my wife.

My question is, does the dependant get RFE along with applicant by default?

My case details:

I got my 2nd fp notice on 1/29/04.

It seems that INS's processing date is approaching i485 with ND of 12/16/01~~12/30/01. Lots of cases before 12/16 are already approved, in my view.

ND: 12/28/2001
1fp: 4/22/02
RFE: not yet

Not necessary. I got RFE in Nov end. BCIS received the reply on Dec 23. They issued a
RFE to my wife on Jan 23.

Got RFE after 2 FP...

I got my 3rd RFE after 2 FP..

Question would be that , what are they asking in the RFE.
In my case normal stuff like salary,job descripton, If changed petitioner, why?

Yajiv99,

Can you please elaborate as to how you managed to talk to an IIO and which number you called ? The guy I spoke to on the regular 800 enquiry number was clueless and did not have access to my case.

2nd FP: dec 2003 (sjc) --- wife's status still 1FP resumed!
RFE issued: dec 2003 (EVL, W2 and medical tb xray)
RFE sent by lawyer: jan 3rd week 2004
status update as RFE recd: feb 2 2004 (states usual 730 days blah-blah stuff)

3rd FP for both: jan 2004, sch'd for feb 26 2004!!!
I've not decided what to do on this 3rd FP! called FBI and they confirmed that our FP was sent back to BCIS same day

I called the same 800 number and explained to a lady that I finished 2nd FP in MN(where I live now) three weeks ago but I got another FP to my old address in CA. She initially told me to go for the FP again in CA, but I explained to her that I would have to travel to CA to do that. I told her if I would know the results of 2nd FP I would not have to go again. She said she does not have access to those files but felt pity on me and connected to IIO.

I explained to the IIO in CSC again and she put me on hold and went to check the FP results. She came back and told me that they received FP results back from MN. This happened around 6PM CST on 29th Jan. Next day morning the website was updated with "On 29th Jan..request for additional info was sent..."
 
Got RFE finally

I found my online status is changed and got my RFE yesterday.

It seems that INS send 2nd fp first, then 4 days later, they send RFE for our case.

My husband is primary applicant. We both got 2nd fp notice and RFE at same time.

My case: wac-02-073***
RD: 12/21/2001
ND: 12/28/2001

1fp done: 4/2002
2nd fp: 1/26/2004
RFE: 1/30/2004

Also, We did our fp on 1/31/2004, my husband online status already showed that fp is received on 2/4/2004. My online status showed RFE is sent out on 1/30/04.
