Hi,
All Oct 2002 TSC 485 filers, please reply in this thread and keep this thread updated with our statuses', so we can be in one solid circle, hopefully, not a vicious one.
My RD/ND is Oct 25 2002, no fingerprinting yet.

I saw some approvals coming in on rupnet for Oct 2002, at least 3 approvals, so they seem to be coming to us also.

Hi Tiredman,
Mine is also Oct 2002.

I have seen 2 transfers case filed in Oct 2002. I have scanned (thro Excel Sheet) from SRC 03-010-55000 to SRC 03 010 56000. I found totally 74 cases filed i485 out of which 2 has been transfered.

how come you are saying they are already approving Oct 2002 cases??
I haven't been fingerprinted yet.

TSC is processing july 2001+5months (jan & Feb 2002).
They are opening few cases of Jan & feb 2002. I am aware mmost of Oct 2002 filer did not do FP. I have got Fp in july2003.

Hi all,

Oct 2002 too. I'm on my 2nd EAD. My 1st AP expires in about 3 weeks, and my 2nd AP, applied for in 12/03 has not been approved yet (and it looks like it will be June before I see that one).

My guess is that we'll have to wait until March 05 before the processing date will reach our dates.

No FPs done.

Hello Guys

I have a question If anybody can answer I really appreciate.

I have a RD of Oct-22-02 and the file tracker macros says that
according to my SRC is from 2003 b/c is SRC-03-015??
can someone pls. clarify this?

The fiscal year of the government starts on Oct 01, so the 2003 fiscal year started Oct 2002.
