I might get my gc approval soon. I will probably get married a few months down the road in India.
What are the options to get my wife to the US immediately after marriage?
I understand family based immigration takes 3-4 yrs.
Can my fiancee come to the US on a tourist/F-1 visa, we get married in the US a couple of months after she arrives, and then she applies for GC based on my green card?
