All May 04 FP's are being asked for new FP's

I dont think this is new and everyone knows this so this is for people who don't know about Finger-printing. My lawyer told me yesterday that the USCIS is asking all May and possibley June 04 applicants to re-do fingerprints.

The important part is that they will Not update your online status when they send you new fingerprints request. You will get a letter like the BIO without any emails referencing something was sent. So please be careful and make sure you look to see your mail everyday.

I am waiting for another fingerprints..This is just so pathetic!

I did BIO on April 9, 05 and I just received another letter for Bio. No idea what the hell is going on up there. And the appointment is on a week day in the middle of the freaking day. Gosh!! Whenever you think you are done, something NEW pops up. Can't wait to get it over with!!!

i guess that uscis may change the procedure to ask for code 1 plus code 2, that is why applicants with ND 2003 receiced code 3 recently. god bless that they know what they are doing.
