hello everyone,
i have a very imp question, being out of status for a while and then appying under life245act, and with approved labor and approved 140, with i485 pending over 3.5 years, the question, with this kind of situation, can some one still travel withing us and their territories, my main question is teritories, that is US virgin island, Gaum, hawai and all that place, please could guys find me some written ifo, as my lawyer says i cannot, i would really really appreciate your help.

it is not a good idea to travel at all, except 50 states.the reason is one of my friend he went for cruise(245i case) and he is still waiting.he had interview and denied.last 2 years he is in appeal court & stuff. so if you were not legal in any shape and if you travel your I-485 will be denied. it is clearly written in AP.
