All EB current but no approvals?

I thought NSC was waiting for July bulletin for PD dates to retrogress. But DOS released the July bulletin with all EB's becomes current, which is not favourable to the NSC. I hope atleast they should approving the I-485 pending/pre-adjudicated cases.
 
Saga continues....

The lazy,incompetent,arrogant morons in NSC would take their sweet time in sorting cases to approve and now and then will throw some sundry bones by approving few cases in random and after that, retro will kick in making all the misguided new 485 filers make a big hue and cry that their cases are not approved and then lamenting continues for years. We know the saga, Don't we ?
