Dear readers I am not royal Payne , I just refuse to waist time and through my money .After so many years I gained some experience with Immigration lawyers and I am being very couches
I had interview with one of upscae lawyer in Portland , OR ,and after talking to him I asked my self
what kind of immigration attorney is he ?
* I told him that I passed Stokes interview . He never heard for such terming Stokes interview .Is this known only in east coast ?
* EAD approval. (He said I am not allowed to work in USA).
* Have aproval document,. Notice of approval of relative immigrant visa petition.(Classification IR-1) Isued by Home land securety USA.
* I have all document approval receipt, in folder nice and neat , He said no you need more documents.(without seeing what I have),and that he need more papers to file.and he asked for $900 to appear in court with me, which he will asked judge for extention , and it will take few month ore maybe 1-2 years even if is in Portland OR , even here take long time, for this to be done.
I am going by my self and will explain to judge that I could note and had no time to finde one.
I spoke to 18 immigration attorneys in PDX,OR aria and that most of them asking between $2,500- $3,000.... 6 out of them have not a clue what were they talking . 5 of them did not wanted to talk unless I pay $250 per one hour.some said that they dont do immigration court they just file papers.
In one case secretaries was so rude that she told me that I must be some hard core criminal that's why I have difficulties being USA citizen .
The office of some top notch immigration office had some lady who answered phone she talked so fast that even I who have experience with very bed English speaking peeps had difficulties understanding her. I had no chance to say anything ,After she finished her talking , she ended up conversation with " Bring $250 and we will find you attorney in our office , and she hung up.
After all one was very nice and know her job, I am thinking to hire here , but it is very difficulties to tall to here cause her secretares , will not alow me to talk to her cause I sopposed to talk to her first, tell her than she will decide , I asked here are you immigration attorney ? she got upset and hung , I tricked here and some how succeeded to talks to the one I wanted (real attorney) and so far she sounds the best from all in PDX and I want to hire her but the secretares is bulging me. Are they only there to answer phone calls and not to discus about cases.
Any way Journy to citisenship is not that easy takes along time , and it is very expensive.but the worst is that waiting and , when you spend so much money your attorney dont call back, ore forget , ore mixes you up with sombody else .
