My Paystubs shows no of hours and hourly rate as i work hourly ...and it is different as had couple of changes in client ..but my W2 shows that my earnings equal to amount on my Labor Certificate...lawyer says that since u have hourly rate and no of hours on yur paystub it shows you as a temperory employee...only thing i can do is i can get my last paystub without hourly rate and no of hours on it...but all the previous paystubs will show rate and no of hours...i think it dosetn make sense to get the last paystub changed ..yur inputs will be very heplful as my company will be runnign the payroll today so plz reply asap...

My Paystubbs also have my hours, rate and total. And I am not temporary OR Hourly employee.
I did not have any problem.

Same case as Patta here

Only latest paystub was asked for. Usually paystubs also state the consolidated earnings for that year (to date). Carry tax transcripts/ W2 for 3 years though.

Do they calculate the salary based on ytd earning on the lastest paystub ...as my previous rate was lot less i made up the rate in last 2 paystub to reflect the amount on my LC...this is for this year..my last years w2 shows earning equal to LC amount....
