All checks not cashed

Hi,

Thanks in advance for any tips...

I submitted my 130, 485 &765 fees together but only 2 of them have been cashed.

I have not received any notice either? Any idea what does it mean? Can i cehck the status online.

You were not supposed to send a check for the I-765. Since summer 2007, the I-765 cost is included in the $1010 fee for the I-485. Only people who filed their I-485 before that fee restructuring, or are filing an I-765 which is not tied to an I-485, would have to pay the I-765 fee.

I am planning on filing concurrently soon(depends on when my N400 is approved). Should I send one check(1365) or 2 separate checks (1010 +355) ?

Does it make it confusing for them or will they simply ignore the extra check?
