Got the Magic e-mails this morning. Both cases (Self and wife) were approved on the 18th (yesterday).

Case details:

Indian national
Labor filed Nov 2001 EB2
Labor approved September 2003
140/485 filed Jan 30, 2004 (concurrent)
FP done September 2004
RFE on 140 (proof of education, proof of employment) issued Dec 16, 2004
140 approved Jan 10, 2005
485 approved Jan 18, 2005

I was a little concerned regd the stoppage of concurrent adjudication. I dont know if my PD was a factor or if the case was processed concurrently (dont really care now!).

I know of a couple of other people in this forum that had cases VERY similar to mine, so here is some hope for them as well...

do u know when u responded to the 140 RFE and when did USCIS say the RD for response to RFE was?

Yes...

Yes... All is not Lost. I was worried for a couple of days about the whole concurrent adjudication stuff, but I guess it all worked out OK.
You and I are off by just a few days, so here's to hope!!!!

I responded to the RFE around Christmas...
my LUD update on the receipt of the RFE response was Jan 7th. LUD changed daily till approval on the 10th.
No LUD on 485 till today.
